2. Service Description

Zeno eSIM provides digital eSIM data plans for international and domestic mobile connectivity.

Our plans are primarily data-only unless otherwise specified.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Have legal authority to enter into agreements
  • Use an eSIM-compatible device

4. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and all activities conducted through their account.

5. Device Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying that their devices support eSIM technology before purchasing.

Zeno eSIM shall not be responsible for incompatibility issues.

6. Plan Validity

Data plans expire when:

  • Data allowance is exhausted, or
  • Validity period ends

Unused data is non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Fair Usage Policy

Users may not:

  • Resell eSIM services
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Abuse network resources
  • Use services for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend services for violations.

8. Network Availability

Coverage, speed, and service quality depend on local network partners and geographic conditions.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
