Eligible Refunds

1. Unused eSIM

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:

  • The eSIM has not been activated
  • The QR code has not been installed
  • No data usage has occurred

2. Technical Issues

Refund requests may be considered if:

  • Activation failed due to platform-related issues
  • Service could not be delivered
  • Connectivity problems were caused by our systems

Our support team may request screenshots and troubleshooting details.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Device incompatibility
  • Incorrect purchase selection
  • Expired plans
  • Completed or substantially consumed data plans
  • User error during installation
  • Temporary network congestion

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
