Eligible Refunds
1. Unused eSIM
Customers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:
- The eSIM has not been activated
- The QR code has not been installed
- No data usage has occurred
2. Technical Issues
Refund requests may be considered if:
- Activation failed due to platform-related issues
- Service could not be delivered
- Connectivity problems were caused by our systems
Our support team may request screenshots and troubleshooting details.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Device incompatibility
- Incorrect purchase selection
- Expired plans
- Completed or substantially consumed data plans
- User error during installation
- Temporary network congestion
